Diabetic Clinic
We offer a diabetic Clinic every week which is run by our
health Visitor or Practice nurse in conjunction with Dr
Coulter.
Appointments for these clinics are sent out by letter to
ensure that all patients are seen for their regular diabetic
checks.
We request blood tests are taken in the week prior to these
appointments in order that the nurses have up-to-date
results at hand, and would also ask that patients pick up a
white top urine sample bottle to be brought with them at the
time of their Clinic appointment.
One of our District Nurses also provides this service to
housebound patients.
